Obscure contender

When Mattel introduced the M.U.S.C.L.E. toy line to the English markets from Japan, they not only brought over a handful by comparison to how many exist in the enormous and expansive Kinnikuman series from where they originated. Losing their character identities along the way and robbing the original creators (a creative combo partnership known as Yudetamago) of their just recognition in the process.

Hundreds of different characters exist in the Kinnikuman story arcs that are still in development by the same original creators even today. Some gained more popularity and notoriety by way of recurring appearances and specific dynamic traits unique to them. However, numerous others are also lesser-known background characters that help make the varied story lines so entertaining.

Among those is this odd fellow, a minor but distinctive combatant from the long running manga out of Japan known simply as Aiansueto Kita Chojin, or roughly “Iron suited super human” whom never really gained a notable identity and common name. His appearances are brief and generalized amongst the giant background roster of creatively themed wrestling combatants in tournament arcs

Aiansueto Kita Chojin is a minor but distinctive fighter from the long-running manga and anime series Kinnikuman by Yudetamago. Like many characters in the series, he is a Chōjin (superhuman wrestler) whose design and abilities lean heavily into exaggerated physical traits and pun-based naming. His appearances are brief, often as part of tournament arcs or background rosters of international or themed wrestlers.

M.U.S.C.L.E. #106 Aiansueto Kita Chojin

Primarily attributed to playing as an armored obstacle fighter participating in background matches or faction focused conflicts as many of the varied characters do. Although what little exists in way of information on backstory or general identity of the character figure lacks depth or additional information. It didn’t stop the nostalgic fans of the figure in whatever form from creating their own imagination driven story lines for which he serves regardless of knowing his origins or not. Making the series all that much more entertaining in its own right.
