The ‘ol one, six
Appearing multiple times in the M.U.S.C.L.E. toy series he’s one of the most popular characters in the figure line brought from Japan and rebranded for the Western markets. Easily guessed to be a villainous antagonist with a menacing appearance based on a likeness to the Buddhist and Hindu Asura gods of legend. Three fearsome faces and six powerful arms make the form stand out in any crowd and an obvious choice for imaginative battles.

Developed by the talented duo who go by Yudetamago of Japan his character and the manga from where he originates known as Kinnikuman is a series that has remained hugely popular and continually produced even today. Blending mythology and superhuman wrestling spectacle is the signature spectacle Ashuraman brings to the enormous Kinnikuman universe presenting intimidating danger.
Each of his faces often displays a different emotion or mindset reinforcing his volatile nature as a character who begins simply as a brutal foe but over time gains depth and complexity. This comes from an inner struggle finding truth between conflicting mindsets. Playing key roles in various story arcs and conflicts throughout the manga and anime series as one of the more prominent and recurring characters who has planted himself as a fan favorite.

His trademark techniques define his combat versatility with entertaining moves like the Six Hand Barrage, or the Ashura Buster his most famous move using his multiple arms to slam opponents violently. Mixing brute strength with relentless divine motivation making him a difficult opponent to overcome for even top-tier competitors. Either way, as a scary looking addition to the Millions of Unusual Small Creatures Lurking Everywhere he’s a legend in his own right all the same.
