Celestial presence
A minor presence with a generic form found in the Mattel import toys of the Kinnikuman franchise from Japan re-marketed as the Millions of Unusual Small Creatures Lurking Everywhere (M.U.S.C.L.E.). This particular figure is one we’re still looking for more details on about his original character design and story arc inclusions.

Given the name here Tenjokai Chojin no Kami the identity is equally as ambiguous as Tenjō-kai is simply the celestial realm and divine homeland of over 100 gods in the Kinnikuman universe. So we’re not sure of this particular figures explicit identity or any details such as fighting techniques and general specific information.
The celestial realm is the birthplace of many divine figures such as Gold Man, Silver Man, the God’s of intelligence, brutality, strength, flight, technique, harmony, and others. Certain gods occasionally descend to Earth as Choushins with various factions interacting either with, or against the primary heroes and villains of the franchise.

So, while we still seek out specific details for this caped superhuman wrestling form his character design among the figure roster selected by Mattel import allowed the ambiguity to lend from the imagination of his fans. Providing a generic figure to fill in the blanks of the story lines created by fans in battles of their own from living rooms to playgrounds. Which made the figure an excellent fill-in character for the imaginations of his wielding fans.
For collectors, he’s one of the most common figures in the series and often one of the first “rainbow” sets to be completed. However, even though is presence is generic in nature, his unique grin and cape still captivated the imaginations of many.
