The bathroom bruiser
One of the most bizarre but hilariously imaginative wrestlers in the Kinnikuman universe is Benkiman, a figure whose story didn’t follow into the new North American markets when Mattel licensed the characters to be rebranded as M.U.S.C.L.E. figures. Ancient Incan lineage, yet he is quite literally molded after a squat-toilet, complete with toilet bowl torso and a coil of poo on his head!

His name comes from the Japanese word for “toilet” spelled in English as Benki. This odd character appears in the 21st Chojin Olympics series where he enters the tournament in a series of comedic matches. Adding to the confusion is he lives with amnesia under the name Heladoman until later finding out about his heritage.
Historically the Inca invented the flushing toilet, and his grandfather later explains he was once a bodyguard of the Incan emperor which somehow explains his appearance strength. Later appearing in the Omega Centauri’s Six Spears arc with allied Justice Chojin against dangerous invaders he displays unique moves and surprising resilience.

Benkinman’s combat style is a blend of surprising absurdity and technical wrestling techniques with signature moves including the Benk Wash, Benki Flush, Heraldo Spin, and the Secret Technique: Ant Ball, where his opponent is grabbed and rolled into a tight ball before his finishing. Exaggerated for humor and creative blending into professional wrestling the creative duo Yudetamago that brought these characters to life never missed a chance for a laugh.
