That creepy smile
A minor antagonist character from the classic Kinnikuman manga created by Yudetamago. Jaws Man is designed around his single visual concept being his fearsome, shark like head and exaggerated size of for a mouth filled with rows of razor-sharp teeth.
Appearing early in the Kinnikuman tournament story arcs where wrestlers came from all around to compete in high profile events like the Chojin Olympics. His character is portrayed as a no-nonsense competitor that relies on brutal and raw aggression.
Not a central villain or recurring themed character in general he instead serves as a dangerous obstacle for more prominent characters. With a monster inspired style and a shark motif emphasizing predatory and relentless attack, he still remains a short lived combatant. Though he did have a few signature moves including the Jaws Crusher, and the Shark Bite which is just as would be imagined as a devastating bite attack.
While although his story let alone character’s name didn’t follow his figure into the North American markets when licensed and imported by Mattel for the M.U.S.C.L.E. toy series. He still quickly became a memorable face among the Millions of Unusual Small Creatures Lurking Everywhere and likely held a larger role in the imaginations of many English-speaking new fans.
