Slippery serpent
A common favorite among nostalgic fans of the M.U.S.C.L.E. toy line, Snake Man generally didn’t need an introduction from his origins in the Kinnikuman universe to know his name already. Except English-speaking enthusiasts of the rebranded Mattel line know now to aim their appreciation for the bizarre creativity of the toy figures to Yudetamago as the original creators from Japan who brought them to life.
Known for snake inspired design and classic wrestling humanoid physique he appears among the numerous antagonist Chojin featured throughout the original manga story arcs. Adding to the diverse and imaginative lineup that the artistic pair Yudetamago developed over decades and even still today.
While not a recurring or primary villain his addition to the distinctive visual themes easily made him a memorable character amongst the otherwise minor combatants. Allowing him to find his way into the adventures and storylines of those ignorant to his origins successfully for so many years in the memories of the era.
As someone may expect his signature combat techniques revolve around his snake theme displaying trademark moves like the Venom Strike, or the Snake Coil Hold as a constricting grapple used to crush contenders. Regardless though his serpent motif provides the right image for countless imaginations in the fans around the world.
