The American Dream
The creative duo hid many parody homages in the various characters of their Kinnikuman universe, but Beauty Rhodes is definitely a favorite of many. His re-imagined persona is based on real life wrestler Dusty Rhodes, a famous America wrestler of the era known for a big personality and heavy wrestling skills.

Appearing in the American Tour arc, Beauty hails from the state of Florida depicted as a powerful and prideful wrestler with a sometimes-silent demeanor. Running into the likes of Kinnikuman himself when disguised as Channelman he sneaks into challenge the wrestlers of the World Superman Council.
Beauty later teams up with Jean Steamboard to form The Emporers tag team in a tournament to determine control of the American Chojin world. As a power based wrestler who relies on brute strength and classic grappling techniques than flashy gimmicks, he employs a number of common moves such as elbow drops, bear hugs, airplane spin, and even the surfboard maneuver used to destabilize his opponents.

Although he starts as something of an antagonist, Beauty Rhodes and his partner ultimately evolve toward more heroic roles, especially after helping allies in dire circumstances and fighting alongside Justice Chojin. His fighting style displays sheer force and endurance, a common theme the children of the Americas knew when introduced to the figure by way of the imported M.U.S.C.L.E. toy series.

His figure’s covered face with the steel plate face mask we know as the characters form. Thanks to the villainous Skull Bozu who brutally ripped off his face in the American Tour arc during a confrontation with the WSC.
Another great example of the genuine admiration and respect for real-life persons the original creators of Kinnikuman shared with the world.
For which we’re thankful to the creative pair of friends from Japan collectively known as Yudetamago who brought these characters to life.
