Winged attacks
Originally an advanced guard for Team Mariposa from the Japanese Kinnikuman series created by the duo Yudetamago, the figures of Hawk Man match his name. For the North American markets his story was lost as introduced as an unbranded figure in the Mattel M.U.S.C.L.E. series, but that didn’t stop fans of the time still naming him correctly.

Hailing from France in the manga and classified as Devil Chojin he’s a hawk themed aerial fighter with wings different forms and different figures within the M.U.S.C.L.E. series. His hawk companion Hell Bird that sits perched on his head can transform into other birds to inherit their abilities and even help in battles.
Hawk Man has several skirmishes including losing to Kinnikuman himself by way of his signature Kinniku Driver finishing move. His own combat style focuses on flight, speed, and coordination with the advantages of his winged companion.

A versatile combatant although little presence in the overall story arcs he still retains some of his own trademark moves including gaining night vision from his hawk transformed to an owl, Nail Crash, Wing Cutter, and the Spiral Bullet where Hawkman and his hawk act as projectiles into an opponent. His persona alone quickly made him a fan favorite though for those collecting the original keshi line in Japan or the M.U.S.C.L.E. series in the English speaking markets.
